I grew up in a home that was centered on family and on business, specifically real estate. My father always had his eye open for an opportunity to develop properties and businesses, and his passion was wonderful and contagious. It was one of the reasons I chose to study home décor at FIT.
After college, I put my career on hold to raise a family. So, I focused on changing diapers, cleaning up after my 7 kids (yes, 7!), and helping them thrive and grow into amazing adults. As they grew, I was able to find a few hours each day to do some tenant leasing, which led to driving around looking at brick and mortar stores for tenants and also in the hopes to find commercial real estate to acquire.
10 years later, I am so grateful that we have a very successful boutique brokerage firm who works intimately with some of NYC’s largest and most prominent land lords as well as some of the fastest growing tenants. As a compliment to the brokerage my family has been fortunate to acquire close to 20 incredible properties within the past 7 years.
But, for me, it still comes down to family. We are, at our core, a family business. Our incredible team includes my husband Jonathan, my oldest son, Josh, who runs the management and acquisitions team, my son Brian, who works on marketing initiatives, and my son Adam, who works on restaurant expansions and property leasing. What mom would want anything more!.
Booth Street is a family-oriented company, we work as a team, think like a team, and everyone on our team is family to us. It’s a place like no other – when we have the opportunity to meet, you will immediately get that same vibe.

Oh and P.S. most bios talk about interests and hobbies – fun stuff like that. Well, in short, I love my dog Ajax, who is also the company mascot (most days you can find him in the office with us and in meetings). Hiking with Ajax and spending time with my family are how I like to spend my free time.

Over the last 10 years, Greg has overseen the closing of transactions totaling over 1,500,000 sf and over $500,000,000 in revenue.
He and his team currently represent some of the most prominent national and regional Landlords in the NY Metro area along with best-in-class national and regional Tenants, searching for opportunities nationwide.
Greg loves the entrepreneurial aspect of commercial real estate, developing wonderful relationships with his clients. He takes the time to learn what made those clients so successful and how Booth can help them get to the next level!
Greg currently resides in Bergen County, New Jersey with his wife Cara, daughter Ava (3), and Anthony (1).

Thinking back, my initial interest in real estate dates back to my adolescence when I helped facilitate a lease between the school I attended and a good family friend. That experience taught me an important life lesson; success is derived from doing the things you truly enjoy and excel at. After graduating from NYU Schack with a Masters in Real Estate Development, I joined the Agus family and Booth Capital firm. My passion lies in overseeing a project from conception through completion; and as such manage the firm’s projects through all phases of development including pre-development, design, permitting, zoning, and construction. Since joining the firm in September 2017, I am happy to have helped syndicate leases and joint venture partnerships, always working together to get the deal done. At Booth Capital, every day presents new opportunities, exciting challenges and lots of laughs.

Hello! My name is Bruce, Director of Leasing at Booth Capital. I started with the company in 2017. Funny story, I first met my boss by delivering a car to her house. This was immediately ensued by being invited in for some dinner and drinks. 30 days later I started my first job in commercial real estate. I currently reside in Monsey with my lovely wife and two kids. Some of my hobbies include: playing guitar, getting too stressed out about the New York Mets, and traveling with the family.

As a foodie, I’ve always felt the urge to enter the restaurant industry. With a family history of owning real estate and operating restaurants, I came to the realization that maybe there’s a way to combine the two. That’s when I decided to enter the restaurant expansion division.
With over 21 years of experience in eating food, I am looking forward to growing and expanding your favorite neighborhood eats.
Brian Doyle
Leasing Associate
Brian found his stride in real estate back in 2018 cutting his teeth as a 20 year old Director of Acquisitions (no, seriously) for a real estate investment and development company. He led his team to acquire over $3.5M of residential properties in foreclosure.
Now within a short amount of time at Booth, Brian has leased out over 50,000 SF of commercial retail space by connecting major landlord groups and developers to some of the best supermarket and parking operators NYC has to offer. He’s laser focused on repeating his success in new silos.
Growing up as an only child on Long Island, raised by his Grandmother, he’s a hyper-curious, old soul with an endless array of interests.
When not crushing the phones by day — Brian is crushing his pottery lessons, killing his improv classes, and happily hanging with his rescue kitten Chai.
